FALL BACK!
It was really hard to narrow down the program selections – the wealth of music from the 1960’s is so abundant! It was very gratifying to share it with the new generation of singers and music lovers. We really enjoyed collaborating with John Day, who added so much to the program both as a solo artist between the sets, and a back-up guitarist. Some of the best songs we didn’t have time to learn, like “Blowing in the Wind” and “Feelin’ Groovy”, were covered by him. Besides the enthusiastic singing of the choristers, the audience also excelled on the sing-alongs! Jeanie Curphey’s tie-dye backdrop was the perfect touch.
